Frequently asked questions
Is the estimated price final?
Yes. Once you approve the budget, the price goes into the contract and does not change during the build. The price can only change if you decide to alter the scope of work yourself.
How long does building a turnkey home take?
On average 7 to 12 months, depending on the technology, the size and the level of finishing. You receive the exact schedule together with the contract.
Do you help with choosing a plot?
Yes. We advise you when buying a plot — we check the zoning conditions, access to utilities and how suitable the ground is for a given technology.
Which technology do you build in?
We build in three technologies: timber frame, aerated concrete and ceramic brick. We will match it to your budget and expectations.
Do you handle the design as well?
Yes. We create bespoke designs and adapt ready-made plans. Everything in one company — design, construction and finishing.
What warranty do you offer?
We give a 10-year warranty on the home’s structure. Other elements are covered by manufacturer warranties and our own guarantee.
